Unfortunately in most cases Sunroofs are a speciality item that is best left to your dealer.  Most sunroofs or  t-tops are only available from the dealer, that is if you are lucky enough to have a vehicle equipped with a  factory installed unit as opposed an Aftermarket unit.  In our experience if the Sun Roof or T-top unit is  from an After Market manufacturer the odds of finding an exact replacement glass is slim to none,  the  same holds true for parts such as hinges, latches, and seals.  We have found over the years that the  companies that retail and install Aftermarket Sunroofs usually have a main speciality like  radios and alarm systems and do sunroofs as a side line item and after a bit of time stop  selling as well as servicing them.  If you can not find an exact replacement unit meaning  “name brand make and model” the only option you will have at that point is to find the  next closest Aftermarket sized sunroof or T-top and have your vehicle modified to fit it.  That option sounds innocent enough but the reality of it is that it can result in major auto  body work as well as paint and interior trim work.
