My Conversion Van has a broken side window, Can Phoenix Glass replace it?
Yes we can, but it's a lot more involved than obtaining a windshield. Conversion vans don't arrive direct from the factory to
your local dealer as most people think they do. Conversion Van companies buy standard shelled out vans from an auto
manufacturer and then add after market parts and paint transposing it into the vehicle the end user receives after it gets to
your local auto dealer. Obtaining the correct Conversion Van window can get very complicated because of the fact that there
are no two vans built alike. Due to the method of their construction they are very labor intensive jobs where the cost of the
labor usually far exceeds the cost of the actual window. In or around 2009, when one of the major manufacturers went out of
business, these windows as much as tripled in price. We have also experienced that in recent years, in and effort to cut costs,
some insurance providers actually supply the window for your van and only pay us for the labor to install it so you'll need to
check with your insurance provider to see how they handle it or if you'd like, our customer service representative will be happy
to call them for you. Give us a call and we'll do what we can to get you back on the road ASAP.
Here’s an example of what you can expect.

My Cargo Van doesn't have any rear windows in it, Can Phoenix Glass install factory windows in it?
We can't replicate the factory windows but we can install what's called an after market conversion window like you see in
conversion vans. They aren't anything like the ones that come in a factory van but we're sure you find them satisfactory.
